Shaq Wins In Court After Judge Finds Ex-Mistress Dishonest

Former NBA center and loved NBA analyst, Shaquille O'Neal, recently achieved a huge legal victory. A lawsuit filed by his alleged ex-mistress, Vanessa Lopez, claimed Shaq severely harassed her after they broke up from their 5-year fling. While dealing with the suit in court, the judge came to the conclusion that Lopez is a liar.
The Florida judge claims he caught Lopez in several different lies, rendering anything other information she had given tainted.
"Lopez lied often," said the judge. "She lied about facts important to the defense, and she demonstrated an utter disrespect for the system of justice."
Apparently, Lopez lied about having a restraining order against her in a past relationship, and also lied about her history with NBA player Kenyon Martin. Martin had previously accused her of stealing his credit card and going on shopping sprees.
The lawsuit was dismissed due to "fraud on the court," with prejudice, making this a case that cannot be refiled.

Will & Jaden Smith's Film Falls Short at the Box Office

Even though Will and Jaden Smith's "After Earth" pulled in $27 million for its opening weekend at the box office and a number 3 spot overall, those are still fairly lackluster numbers when it comes to films with Will Smith's stamp on them.  With competition like "Fast 6" locking in the top spot for the box office this past weekend, the numbers for Will's latest summer flick are in actuality his lowest since his 1993 debut on the big screen with "Made In America," which locked in $11.8 million for its opening.
Adding fuel to the fire is the fact that the film has been slammed repeatedly in numerous reviews, and many people have been pondering whether or not M. Night Shyamalan's attachment to the film might've contributed to the lack of ticket sales.
Do you plan on going to see "After Earth" any time soon?

Miley Cyrus Floods Instagram With Series of Sexy Photos

Miley Cyrus has been working hard on promoting her new single, "We Can't Stop," but she seems to have also been putting some time in at the gym. The songstress filled up her Instagram page with a series of sexy photos for her fans, where she showed off her hot body in a pair of white leggings with a matching crop top.
The cover of the album will also get hearts racing, as Miley leaves very little to the imagination in a minuscule black monokini. She's reportedly going for a new sound that she's hoping will separate her from her "Party in the USA" days.
She recently spoke about the album, saying "I feel like I can really be myself. I really have more of a connection of who I am, and I feel like I can maybe express that more in my music now."
